Grinding and Dispersion with Large Flow and High Efficiency

The screen type bead mill, which is more favored by high viscosity materials, gets rid of the problem of traditional plugging materials and is equipped with the turbine structure independently developed by Boyee TurboMax to provide high-quality operation stability, higher equipment flow rate, improve production efficiency and reduce cost.

Excellent design philosophy, Higher flow and capacity

The NMM sand mill products of Boyee adopt the static discharge mode of single power screen, which can meet the needs of grinding and dispersing materials with high flow and high viscosity. Special mechanical seal and cooling loop and the application of high thermal conductivity materials, ensure the stable operation performance of the equipment, so that our large flow screen type nano sand mill productivity higher than the industry level, and reduce the loss and energy consumption.

Material viscosity is not limited, large flow cycle design

Better high viscosity material handling effect, allow the maximum viscosity of 100000 CPS. The grinding chamber design allows for higher flow rate and productivity, and reduces the material residence time in the barrel for better heat dissipation.
